2010 MATH MARDI GRAS IS CANCELLED

12 noon - 4 pm
Morgan Hill Community & Cultural Center

Activities from 12 noon – 3 pm:

 

·  Interactive math booths: building activities, logic puzzles, math concepts, and more!

·   Learn to play SET, solve a Rubik's cube or play Sudoku

·   Math games and books for sale

·  Door prize drawing every half hour

 

Competitions from 12 noon – 3 pm:

 

·   Math Jeopardy - math competition with buzzers

·    Sudoku/Killer Sudoku competition with adult-student teams

·    SET (a visual logic game) competition

·     Rubik’s Cube competition

 

On-Stage Activities from 3 pm to 4 pm

 

·   Math Jeopardy Final Round

·   Rubik's Cube Final Round

·    SET Final Round

·    Sudoku Team Final Round

·     Crowning of King and Queen (one of each for each age group)

·      Door prize drawing for iPod Nano (must be present to win; 3:50PM - 4PM)

Attention Teachers! We have a special drawing just for you, with a $100 cash prize!

 

You will receive one entry ticket for each student of yours who attends (make sure your students indicate their math teacher on their registration form). Additionally, if you are able to come, you will receive ten bonus tickets!
